Thanks for shopping handmade! Please note that all items are hand printed, one at a time and therefore can have slightly varying differences. In addition, many of the ink colors are hand mixed as well and hue may also vary depending on the batch.
All purchases are shipped first class or priority via USPS. Orders are usually shipped within 7-10 business days of purchase (many times earlier). However, some items are printed as orders come in and can take up to 2 weeks to ship. Thank you for your patience! If you would like your order shipping expedited, we are happy to accommodate, please contact us before placing an order for alternative shipping charges.
The standard international shipping price is for FIRST CLASS. There is NO TRACKING once it leaves the states, please note that Little Owl cannot be help responsible for lost or stolen packages!

Shipping to the UK:
Your shipping rate includes registered mail.
If you haven't received your order or think it may have gotten lost, make sure to check your local post office + customs department (as well as maybe friendly neighbors who may have taken your package in and forgotten to bring it over after).
For lost packages for those who paid via Paypal, make sure to contact Paypal about customer protection.

Exchanges, Returns + Refunds:
Exchanges on items that are unworn and unwashed are accepted within 7 days of receiving the order. Please contact us so we can discuss what you would like to exchange for.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

*Refunds will be processed using whatever method was used to pay for the original order. You will be refunded after the original order has come back and been processed.

Little Owl is not responsible for any damages from shipping or wear. However, if you receive a garment that has damage such as defective sewing, please contact us and we can work out a solution. Depending on the situation, return shipping may be the customers responsibility.
